At Cyrusher UK Official, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance e-bike or sports gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely pack the item in its original factory packaging, ensuring all manuals, tools, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package to our designated UK inspection facility.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
