Do Cyrusher electric bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, all our e-bikes come with a 2-year limited warranty that covers the frame and critical components like the motor, battery, and controller against manufacturing defects.
Are your e-bikes legal to ride on UK roads?
Our UK models are designed to comply with EAPC (Electrically Assisted Pedal Cycle) regulations, featuring a 250W motor and a speed limit of 15.5mph to ensure they are road-legal without requiring a license.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs for large items like e-bikes are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
Do the bikes arrive fully assembled?
Cyrusher e-bikes are shipped approximately 90% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and saddle. We provide comprehensive video tutorials and all necessary tools to complete the setup.
